We also offer Sound Healing Baths with Emily, a small group class held monthly, where participants reserve their spot in advance. Using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, these sessions create a peaceful soundscape that supports deep relaxation and nervous system balance.
