Welcome to RoelsMethod™. By booking a session, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

RoelsMethod™ offers wellness and movement-based services intended to support mobility, nervous system regulation, and body awareness. These services are not a substitute for licensed medical care, physical therapy, or psychological treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new bodywork or movement practice.

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our scheduling system or by direct contact.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule.
• “No-shows” may be subject to a full session charge.
  
  

• Payments may be made online via Square or other secure platforms.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• Packages or session bundles are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled within the allowed timeframe.
• Refunds for unused services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  
  

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate health information relevant to the session.
• Communicate openly and honestly during sessions.
• Respect boundaries and the professional nature of the services offered.
• Take full responsibility for their own health choices before, during, and after any RoelsMethod session.
