There is a 30-minute educational consultation immediately before your first session. We will discuss the details of your pain symptoms to understand and educate you on why you feel pain. 

When the first treatment is over, if you feel little to no pain, two more treatments will be suggested for maximal results. If no improvement is achieved in the first treatment, then there will be no need for a second treatment.

The second RoelsMethod™ session builds on the momentum of your first. As the body begins to trust and release, hidden patterns often surface. This treatment focuses on stabilizing the nervous system while continuing the reset process.

With the primary pain reduced, the third session addresses secondary symptoms and hidden compensations. This final stage of the core reset helps create long-term balance, clarity, and freedom of movement.
