Available only on Thursdays by reservation, during the first three weeks of the month at 6:00pm.
Qi Gong is an ancient practice that blends gentle movement, breath, and focused awareness to harmonize the body and mind.
It helps release stress, improve circulation, and build inner vitality while supporting balance and flexibility.
Many find it creates a calm, centered state that carries into daily life.

A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience using crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments to bathe you in soothing vibrations.
